After many years in the Comic/Zine/Small Press fair circuit, I realized that the work I had been doing under “The Crafty Concubine” had sort of built itself a style, or niche…colorful, innocent yet often offensive at the same time, mostly focusing on zines, illustration, activity/coloring books, paper craft and of course the infamous hand embroidered patches filled with satanic imagery and automatic weapons.
I now have styles and mediums in my artwork that no longer really fit what I feel TCC is…so Im in the process of starting a new line of Gore/Horror/Occult based art, t’s and accessories to contrast with the bright playful sarcasm of The Crafty Concubine.
